Trading Floor Airconditioning Installation
QBS received an enquiry to investigate the high temperatures on the trading floor. A validation of the existing services and design was completed. QBS designed and built an additional HVAC system to maintain the design space temperature.
Fabric & Fit Out
QBS completed a project at a university research facility which included the formation of a dedicated research laboratory. The works were required to provide a specific work space for a particular research project which involved matching the high specification to suit the conditions required. Location

QBS were instructed to carry out the formation of a dedicated server room along with small power and data services to a new office area.
The works were required as part of the office fit out works following the arrival of a new tenant.
